A few areas of interest are:

  • Trauma
  • Suicidal Ideation
  • Anxiety & Depression
  • Setting healthy boundaries with relationships
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy

Nancy wants to share that “I help people who come to me with life concerns, to work through them and become happier people.  I do my best work when I’m working with clients who possess these qualities: desire to better themselves, desire to understand their situation and desire to grow.”

Her strengths are her kindness, and comfort that she can provide clients.   Clients who report high satisfaction report that they came to her feeling lost, and need to find their way in life, that her gentleness, yet firmness with accountability is what was helpful in accomplishing what they needed to in therapy.

Get to know Nancy!

Outside of the office, Nancy values time with her family and enjoys being present with her son and grandchildren. She is proud of her grandson who is currently serving in the United States Navy, and will be working on submarines, her other grandson is studying to be an EMT/Paramedic.     These relationships are an important part of her life and reflect her commitment to connection, care, and shared experiences across generations.  Nancy prioritizes her own well-being through consistent movement and exercise. She enjoys walking and swimming as part of her daily routine, finding these activities both grounding and energizing. This commitment to physical health supports her ability to stay balanced and present in her work and personal life.

She also finds joy in supporting those around her in simple, meaningful ways. Whether helping neighbors by walking their dogs or staying connected within her community, Nancy values small acts of kindness that build relationships and trust.   Creativity is another meaningful part of Nancy’s life. She has a passion for art and enjoys painting both independently at home and through structured art classes. For Nancy, creative expression offers a way to relax, reflect, and engage with the world in a thoughtful and imaginative way.

Work with Nancy!

Nancy creates a calm, steady environment where clients can feel grounded and supported. Her presence in session is intentional and focused, allowing clients to experience being fully seen, heard, and prioritized without distraction. Clients feel safe with Nancy.   Alongside this steadiness, Nancy brings a natural sense of warmth and personality into her work. At times, this shows up as gentle wit or light, well-timed humor that helps ease tension and create connection. She also carries a touch of playful confidence that can bring energy into moments when it is clinically appropriate, helping clients feel both comfortable and engaged.  Nancy is deeply respectful of diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. She works to create a space where clients feel accepted as they are, without judgment. This foundation of respect and attunement allows clients to show up authentically and begin meaningful work at their own pace.
