Meet Monique!  Monique is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She enjoys working with children and adolescents ages 11-18. She has over 10 years of experience working with at-risk youth. Monique provides safe space that allows her clients to grow and learn.  

I understand how to meet clients where they are, but at the same time help them explore new ways to solve problems. My approach is client centered as I believe that it is important for clients to feel heard and understood. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and other creative therapy techniques to effectively engage with youth.
