Meet Ada! Ada Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Step By Step Counseling. She has experience working as an elementary school counselor and in various social service sectors. Ada has a passion for working with people of all ages, especially youth and adolescents. She’s received training in different therapy techniques such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

Ada works with clients to help them cope with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral concerns. Because each client has specific needs and circumstances, Ada takes an individualized approach to therapy. She creates a warm and welcoming environment for her clients where they can feel safe expressing themselves and exploring their emotions.

  • 20-25 minute session: 75/session
  • Sliding scale $95-150/session, depending on household income
