Supervision and consultation are more than requirements. They are spaces to slow down, think clearly, and grow with intention. We offer developmentally informed, relationship-centered supervision and consultation that supports clinical skill, ethical decision-making, and nervous system awareness, while honoring the realities of working with complex children, teens, and families.
As a practice, we place a high value on education and support students of all levels. Individuals on their professional journey can choose from a variety of options for supervision or consultation at our office.
Undergraduate Experience
Our undergraduate experience is designed to be supportive, structured, and grounded in real-world learning. Students are guided by a collaborative leadership team rather than a single supervisor, allowing for multiple perspectives, consistent support, and a broader understanding of clinical work.
This model emphasizes mentorship, skill-building, and professional growth while helping students develop confidence, ethical awareness, and a strong foundation for future clinical training. We believe learning happens best in environments where curiosity is encouraged, questions are welcomed, and support is shared.
Graduate Experience
Our graduate experience is intentionally designed to support master’s-level students as they move from theory into real clinical practice.
Graduate clinicians are guided by experienced clinical supervisors who provide consistent mentorship, case consultation, and skill development rooted in developmental science and ethical care.
This structure allows students to receive individualized support while learning how to think critically, regulate themselves in the work, and respond thoughtfully to the needs of children, teens, and families.
Our goal is to help emerging clinicians build confidence, clinical judgment, and professional identity within a supportive, team-based environment.
