Meet Mai!

Mai is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been supporting adults through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional impact of difficult experiences. Many of the people Mai works with look like they’re “holding it all together” on the outside—managing careers, caring for family, showing up for others—while inside they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Mai creates a space where you don’t have to keep performing. You can show up as you are.

Her style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. She believes therapy should feel like a collaborative process—not intimidating or overly clinical. Together, you’ll gently explore the patterns between your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, while also building real-life tools you can use outside of sessions. She helps you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why—and what to do next.

Mai integrates trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and EMDR-informed approaches to support healing and resilience. Her goal isn’t just temporary relief—it’s helping you feel more steady, self-aware, and confident in navigating life’s challenges.

Clients often share that therapy with Mai feels like a place to exhale. Over time, many notice they’re responding instead of reacting, setting healthier boundaries, and feeling more aligned with who they want to be. Change doesn’t happen overnight—but with support, it becomes possible and sustainable.

For those who consider faith an important part of life, Mai is comfortable thoughtfully integrating that dimension into therapy when desired, honoring what matters most to you.
