Meet Haley! Haley is a Child, Teen and young adult therapist under the supervision of Amy Claeys (License # 2022008202 ).
Haley is known for her calm, grounding presence, both in individual sessions and in our Intensive Outpatient Program, where she supports kids and families three days a week. She also leads one of our in-office therapy groups, where her steady energy and warm facilitation style consistently earn positive feedback from participants.
She loves helping people uncover the goals they want for themselves and figure out what’s getting in the way. Haley sees each client as the expert of their own life. Her role is to offer a safe, accepting place to sort through tough thoughts and feelings, explore what matters most, and gradually remove the barriers that keep those goals out of reach. Many clients share that this is the first space where they’ve felt fully heard without fear of judgment.
Haley has a special interest in working with children, teens, and young adults who experience anxiety. She understands how worry can make everyday life feel heavier and how it can interfere with school, relationships, work, and confidence. Her focus is helping clients learn how their anxiety works in the brain and body, build coping tools that actually fit their life, and move toward the things that matter without feeling held back.
Haley’s approach is steady, supportive, and deeply mindful of each person’s pace. With her, therapy feels like a place where you can finally exhale and start moving forward.
