Get to know Codi!
Outside of the therapy room, Codi is all about finding joy and balance in the everyday. She loves spending time outdoors on nature walks, gardening, playing tennis, traveling to new places, and relaxing with a good paint-by-numbers project. She’s also a big believer in the power of laughter, play, and maintaining a sense of childlike wonder, both in and out of the counseling space. Whether it’s through light-hearted moments in session or encouraging clients to reconnect with the things that make them feel alive, Codi believes that joy and curiosity are essential parts of the healing.
